What are your delivery boundaries?

We are currenlty able to deliver to the following postal code areas for a flat fee of $5.00 L9E ***, L9T ***, L6H ***, L6H ***, L6L ***, L6J ***, L6K ***, L6M ***, L6K ***, L5H ***, L5T ***, L5B ***, L5G ***, L5A ***, L5J ***, L4X ***, L4Y ***, L4Z ***, L5W ***, L5L ***, L5C ** *, L5N ***, L5V ***, L5E ***, L5R ***, L5M ***, L4T ***, L4W *** These postal codes are based out of Mississauga, Oakville, as well as parts of Milton, Brampton & Etobicoke. We are hoping to expand these boundaries in the future.
What days do you deliver?

All our deliveries will occur on Fridays. If Fridays are not suitable, try our pick up option! It is available 7 days a week.
Do you offer contactless delivery?

Our delivery drivers follow strict COVID-19 safety guidelines and contactless drop offs. You will receive a text or call to the number on file when your order arrives for immediate retrival. We do not recommend leaving your delivery on your door step for an extended amound of time. Deliveries to drop off locationsrequire both the recipient and driver to wear a mask. All orders must be paid in full through e-transfer. No cash will be accepted due to COVID-19.
How far in advance do I need to order for this week's delivery?

All delivery orders must be placed and paid in full by Wednesday to be delivered on Friday.
What days do you offer pick up?

We offer pick up 7 days a week!
How far in advance do I need to order for pick up?

All pick up orders must be placed and paid in full 48 hours before pick up date.
Do you accept custom order requests?

Yes! Please contact us to set up a consultation, we would love to create your vision! For large custom orders, please allow time to prepare and execute your vision. Contact us to better understnad your custom order and/or delivery options
Which menu selections are Gluten Free?

Our Know Fun Cookies and Amaretti are nut based, and always gluten free! Our Scones can be made Gluten Free for an additional $2.00 per order.
Which menu selections are Nut Free/Dairy Free?

Most of our menu selections are currently nut based and may contain dairy. At this time, we cannot guarantee that any of our selections have not come in contact with nuts and/or dairy.
How do I store my treats before we eat them?

Our Know Fun Cookies, Amaretti, Puffs and Scones can be left at room temperature for up to 2 days, or in your refrigerator for up to 1 week. All pies should be kept refrigerated.
When are my treats best before?

When refrigerated, treats are best consumed within 1 week of the bake date. Treats can be frozen for up to 1 month.
Is my order eligible for delivery?

If you live in one of our eligible delivery areas, and your order is above $40.00 CAD, you are eligible for delivery!
